A Passion

for People & Sport

31+ years. 289 672 + young people. We use sport to build the next generation of confident, connected leaders.

Our Story

Where It All Started

Altus Sport was founded out of frustration — too many  youths where not given the opportunity to structured sport programmes and physical activity.

“Sport isn’t the goal. It’s the door. What we’re really building is young people who know who they are.”

From sport management to sport for development we now run an initiative across 56 venues.

Our Approach

How We Make It Work

Sport Skill Development

We teach sport — properly, progressively, with joy. Skills build confidence, and confident kids do better in every area of life.

Leadership Development

Every session builds decision-making, communication, and responsibility. We coach young leaders, not just athletes.

Inclusion & Access

68.4% of our participants are girls. All programs are free at the point of delivery. Sport is for everyone.

Safeguarding

Every coach is vetted and trained and every program is structured. Safeguarding is a culture we live every day.

Youth Empowerment

Young people help shape our programs, culture, and direction. Their voice is in everything we do.

Community Impact

When young people thrive, communities change. Our work ripples outward — into families, schools, and neighbourhoods.
