1. Leadership Club
The Leadership Club focused on developing confident, responsible young leaders through sport. It builds physical and sport skills, promotes safe and inclusive environments (including gender equality and disability awareness), and provides hands-on experience in organizing and managing groups and events
- Personal development – building confidence, leadership, and responsibility
- Sport & physical activity – identify building blocks from physical activities to sport skills
- Safeguarding – safe spaces and intervention
- Inclusion – gender equality and disability
- Management – gaining experience in organising, managing groups, events
2. Life’s a Ball Club
The Life’s a Ball Club aims at children aged 8–17 that promotes personal growth through sport, encouraging positive values, active participation (especially among girls), health awareness, informed decision-making, and the development of leadership skills.
- Positive values – improved respectful attitude
- Sport activity – increased activity levels & increased girl participation
- Health – hygiene, puberty, menstruation & well-being
- Knowledge – to make informed life decisions & know alcohol risks
- Leadership – increased leadership skills
3. Olympism Club
Olympism Club is a program for selected 11–13-year-old “Life’s a Ball Champions” that develops leadership, sport and movement skills, creativity, and basic sport management. Guided by Olympic values, participants lead activities, competitions, and cultural events while gaining hands-on experience in organizing and working with groups
- Leadership – building confidence and responsibility
- Movement and sport skills – learning basic and advanced physical skills
- Creativity – to create fun-filled activities
- Sport management – gaining experience in working with groups, organising and leading small events
4. Go & Grow Club
Go & Grow Club encourages Foundation Phase learners to enjoy movement while developing basic motor skills, coordination, and confidence. Through fun physical activities, learners grow in respect, good manners, and awareness of caring for their environment.
- Motor skill development – skipping, throwing, catching. Coordinated movements & basic sport skills
- Physical activity – find fun in movement

- Environment – awareness of a clean environment
